I can't imagine that I would ever fully abandon LJ. I've been here for so many years, recording my life, and it's not like FB has anything resembling a functional blog anyhow.

I agree -- glad to have added to you to Facebook, even though I loathe the app... I've given in and have realized that it's better than nothing now that so many people have disappeared from LJ. It's funny as more time passes, friendships formed in the past take on more importance, you know? Something about history.
