Granola bar and bottle of water for a snack.
Pulled pork sandwich and potato salad with glass of milk for dinner.

Did 60 crunches and upper body weight lifting for 20 minutes.

How do you do the body fat testing?

I need to buy a scale. ehhh.
But I will do this and keep track too!

my scale has little sensors built in that measure body fat percentage, you just program in your gender and height. It's pretty neat.
