I'm so sorry I didn't call yesterday :( I'm fired.
We went to steamworks for Rhia's birthday and THE EXACT SAME THING happened. Except, when I complained to the manager, he totally didn't give a shit. I could have slapped him right then and there. He didn't even apologize, offer drinks/discount, etc.. He just freaking stood there and nodded the whole time I was bitching him out and when I could tell he just didn't care I decided to point out that she probably sucked so much due to a severe lack of training and supervision. Ha. I told him I would never go back, and I won't, unless I start hearing REALLY good stories from other people. It's too bad b/c the food is damn good.
