Oh your wonderful picspam. I've looked forward to this almost as much as the episode itself. God, John Simm has got the best crazy, insane laugh. I'm glad you picspammed all the REALLY important plot points like?....I was too busy paying attention to the dust on the Doctor's temples after he and the Master had their - ahem - moment. BTW, what does a timelord smell like? If they bottled the Master's smell, I would buy it in a second. I'm just sayin'. And I admit that scene where the Master tells that billionaire guy "I like you. I bet you'd taste great." I was imagining him saying that to someone else. Hmmm ( ... )

Aww, thanks hon. I feel honoured that you were looking forward to it that much! :) I'm still not sure if there were any actual plot points, but it had Simm looking hot as well as some Doctor/Master, and apparently I'm easily satisfied (I'm still not sold on the episode as a whole, but I'm waiting for the second part to judge it properly).

Heh, eau de timelord, a dark, heady mixture of musk, ash, and just a hint of insanity. Also, that line you mentioned? Best line from the entire episode. And as far as kinks go, the episode pretty much had them covered.

That scene with Wilf was my hands-down favourite scene of the episode. I'm not sure if I'll be able to take it of anything happens to him, for he is made of <3.

I haven't got around to watching the confidential yet, but I'm hoping to watch it over the next couple of days (or at least before the second part airs anyway).

*sends you some pre-emptive tissues*

Like we said before, who needs things like a cohesive, plausible plot when you have all of that Simm??? Mmm, multiple Simms...

I was mostly underwhelmed by most eps -except- for the john simm bits. the dog collar, the straightjacket, in a dress. that laugh. they could edit everything out cept the john simm bits I'd have the best ep of dr who EVER. lol

I still don't know how I feel about the episodes as a whole (which is the main reason why I haven't said anything about the second episode yet), but I do agree that Simm (well, and Wilf. As well as unexpected Russell Tovey.) were the best parts of the episode by far. I don't know, maybe if it had a plot that made even a little bit of sense I'd be happier with it.

Having said that, nothing can take away from the awesomenes that was Simm in a UNIT uniform. ;) Seriously, it could have just been that, without all of the other crap, and I would have been very happy. ;)
