So I'm going to my great grandmother Quida's funeral today (I hope I didn't spell that wrong, her name was a subject of great frustration as I recall being a kid growing up), she died last Sunday. I went to see her in hospice, and it was quite horrible. I know its bad, or at least it feels bad, but it was very disturbing, and I can honestly say I

Don't feel guilty. It sounds like she lived a long life. 97 is a lot longer then most of will get. I don't think its cruel either. I doubt you're hellbound! LOL! :)

But I am sorry for your loss. I know what its like to see a relative in hospice. I hope I never see it again.
