I seriously need to catch up on sleep. I don't know if it's because of increased physical and mental activity or because I'm getting old[er], but I just do. Of course, it's been ages since I've had a full eight hours of sleep, so I am probably abusing my "stay up skills," but I used to do this with no problem at all.
