Can you name any sexually explicit books?

No I can't. They obviously exist, however. Mindless depiction of sex, basically pornography in words rather than simply visuals. I am not saying that they should be banned universally. But I don't believe they belong in a high school library.

I think that can be just defined as "untalented literature". People who just write to provoke shock effect and become known due to the scandal.

And such literature shouldn't be really included in any libraries. Not because it is "evil" or something but because it is crap.

Although this is a different point that what you responded to, I think someone could have a very graphic sexual scene in a well written book that does not revolve around sex.

Me again. In response to your comment, it's hard to set guidelines for banning books. Some...scratch that, a lot of people want to ban books for the most inane reasons. Harry Potter teaches witchcraft. Mark Twain uses the n-word. Maya Angelou speaks of rape.
I'm in favor of restricting and banning books of certain content like the Anarchist's cook book but trying to remove a biology book because it teaches evolution? Please.
