Although this is a different point that what you responded to, I think someone could have a very graphic sexual scene in a well written book that does not revolve around sex.
Me again. In response to your comment, it's hard to set guidelines for banning books. Some...scratch that, a lot of people want to ban books for the most inane reasons. Harry Potter teaches witchcraft. Mark Twain uses the n-word. Maya Angelou speaks of rape. I'm in favor of restricting and banning books of certain content like the Anarchist's cook book but trying to remove a biology book because it teaches evolution? Please.

And such literature shouldn't be really included in any libraries. Not because it is "evil" or something but because it is crap.

I'm in favor of restricting and banning books of certain content like the Anarchist's cook book but trying to remove a biology book because it teaches evolution? Please.
