looks like you got some sweet snow hrs. feels good doesnt it? i'm jealous. i partially tore up some tendons in my ankle, had to skip out on the july camp. made it out for 30 min rski and 45 minute bike last week. sucks. but doing better. i see a disgusting amount of dp hrs in my future :P peace easy
Shoot. That sucks--but use it as an excuse to get super-ripped. Injury is better thån illness that way. I did something awful to my ankle a while ago and couldn't run for a few weeks, rollerskiing was fine though. It's not a convenient part to lose.

that is very true. i'm definitely ok with being ripped :P plus maybe if i dp enough it might actually begin to approach the neighborhood of efficient. happy training
