For a birthday I tried to leave under wraps until the last possible moment, it was pretty great. I was worried it would turn out semi-crappy because of my previous week's chaos and madness, but from the time I woke up, it went smoothly

on the subject of good food
i was serving 1 LB. Lobster Tails, sided with basmati rice, and topped with a tomato and onion confit tonight. ($56.25)
also, rack of lamb and a 1/2 lb of sea scallops was on the menu

Honestly, that's retardedly expensive............and my palette is oozing just thinking about it. mmmmmmm...................scallops.
