Its the White Flight!!!11!!!142! But yeah, its great you had a good thanksgiving. I relate with those delta blues bars, its always good to know someone. I would always go with a bluesman I met at the guitar shop. Never got to sit in, but it was fun nonetheless.

so I closed my eyes, then blurted out "Patrick has his eyes open".

Oh man, I wish I could do that, but we don't say grace. Apparently this year my mom's mother-in-law realized way late that nobody blessed the food. When she pointed it out, my mom looked at her and said matter of factly "I blessed the food while I was cooking it, so God's still happy." She shut up and went back to eating. We laughed pretty hard when my mom told me the story.

heh, that's fucking awesome. It's all blood, sweat, saliva, bile, and other fluids when cooking Thanksgiving.....gotta put your soul into it. My mom did it the same way.........she won't let anyone near the kitchen when she's cooking, no help or nothing.
