Challenges for Week 9

This week will feature Eddard 'Ned' Stark, from a time before he was Hand of The King and also a theme challenge that is focused on hands!

Please note that from now on the deadline hour (that used to be at 12 PM) will be two hours earlier, at 10 PM CET. Perhaps this will result in less banner errors etc from my side ;)

- Make icons featuring hands in some way (other body parts may be visible in the icon but the main focus should be on the hand/hands so please crop carefully),
using the pre-selected caps OR caps you find on your own that have hands in them.
