hey if u do everythign they tell you , you get them off sooner, i had mine on for a little over a year, and they thought it would have to be about 2 and a half. never lose hope!

wow! i'm getting braces too :(. i'm gonna see if i can get invisalign too, cause that would be much cooler.

yes! i know like 4 people who are getting braces now. how long and when do you get them on? i asked about invisalign but braces really make more sense. although you may be metalmouth for a couple of years they straighten your teeth more efficiently and last longer so...

wow, i thought i'm the only one. we can form a support group for people who are getting braces too late in life!. i'm supposed to get them in a couple of weeks... ortho said 1 to 1 and 1/2 years, but they usually lie and make you wear them FOREVER. the orthodontist i went to said my teeth are too "crowded" for invisalign, but i'm going to a different one because the first was too expensive anyway, so maybe this one will say something else. i honestly have no problem with my teeth, so even if invisalign only does a little i think i'd prefer it over bein a brace face.

yay! you should definitely just get braces and be cool like me. i wonder if im going to be a social oucast or something. maybe i'll never get a boyfriend again and i'll die a lonely girl. nah, it will be better in the long run. high school is irrelevent in the big picture anyway so i really don't care what people think. im really hoping to get ceramic on both bottom and top teeth though. or those new pimped out gold braces jk.
