My day to day routine is so mundane. I need a change of scenery. My activities include going to class and sleeping. It seems that I am in a constant cycle that I cannot break out of. I attend my classes, do my homework, eat occasionally, and sleep away the rest of the day. On the weekends I visit friends and hang out, but I never actually "do" ( Read more... )

Yeah, I probably could have summed it up in two words, quoted from your latest entry: "existential crisis," but I was in a more poetic state.

You know, the fact that you quoted poor Mr. Prufrock lets me in on your situation...but you gotta think of it this way(because I have to force myself to think of it this way or I'll implode):
We're young. We're going to have so many existential crisis in our lives that one day, we're going to say "Fuck it" and keep on living it out. Fuck Prufrock, he's a bad influence. Think of it as...not exactly waiting for anything or floating about aimlessly.

I've known rivers ancient as the world and older than the
flow of human blood in human veins.

My soul has grown deep like the rivers."

I would like to say it gets better, but it seems the older you get, and the more responsibilities you collect, these spells (I call them spells) of doubt & confusion get more complicated. I understand how you feel, especially the words part, minus the Spanish of course, but I can't speak a decent sentence lately either. Stress does strange things to your body.

Any way, enjoy the things you can, and use this time to get your goals in order & most important, take care of yourself... this too shall pass :)

Things will change, babe. I know what you mean about the sentences thing...

My emotions are playing tricks on me or something and my mind picks up on it and I jumble Hindi English and Spanish. It's messy.

I miss you bunches, kiddo. I hope I can come visit or something soon. We'll see.. :-/

Troy, of all people that I know, I can say that I think you are truely living. Chill out, babe. Sometimes, when you don't look so hard, you trip over what it is you're looking for.
