Can you twist your foot? Not your ankle but your foot?

I was taking out the garbage a little bit ago and it's raining so my shoes were slick when I came in and the second I got on tile I slipped but I managed to stay upright but did something ridiculous to my foot and now it hates me and is reminding me of that hatred pretty vehemently.

Ow!

i are hurting

I have no idea whether you can twist your foot or not, but maybe you should get it checked if the pain is too intense?

I'm going to sleep it off and see if that helps, we'll see if I'm still limping in the morning.

I think you actually pulled a muscle in your foot? I've done that before. It's not pleasant. I know you're going to want to stay off of it, but it actually clears up faster the more you use it.

If it is too painful, you might want to go to a podiatrist. :((

Feel better!

Oh god it hurts so bad! D:

I'm going to have to talk to my mom later today and see if I need to go to the doc for it. This was definitely the year to finally get insurance again.

ICE IT ICE IT ICE IT.

I think that twisting something requires there to be a joint to twist, so you can only twist either your toes or your ankle. If it still hurts very bad, go to the doctor!!

Feel better, bb.
