ok i gave up..........im keeping the journal

mike and i made pasta today...not like taking the packaged stuff and boiling it in water.....we made the dough and rolled it and cut it. all by HAND! its going to be wonderful when it dries

mike kept eating the dough :P'

rolling dough makes your wrists and elbows hurt :(

we made tagliatelle. next we are gonna make ravioli, methinks
