ok, i know i say this every new semester, but this time im actually going to do it. im going to lose weight. i found out last week that my heart rate was higher than normal (it was 124 and normal is ≤120), so im going to kick my ass until i get down to a decent weight. my bmi is 24.88 and the bmi for overweight starts at 25. i want to drop that to ( Read more... )

kickboxing is SO good for you. it tones up your whole body! maybe i'll see you at one of the kickboxing classes :)
