So, Felicia has Bad Luck abilities -- the ability to cause bad luck to other people, and unlike her handmade bad luck, she can't control who it effects; so it's able to hex people close (emotionally) to her. But, basically, it can (but doesn't have to) effect people as long as they're near her.

Ken Ichijouji, Juston Seyfert, and Lupin are all vulnerable.

Ken will simply have uncharacteristic bouts of clumsyness.

Any mechanical device Juston is working on when Felicia is around will malfunction.

Lupin will have even worse bouts of luck around women, and will be denied anytime he gets close to getting amorously involved... particularly if that woman is Felicia Hardy.

2 - In...any way, really, her luck is pretty neutral.

It can affect Hal/Tighten. Making his already-bad luck even worse sounds like a fabulous idea. I'm having trouble thinking of specific ways for things to mess up, just yet... :|a
