there are shivers on my forearms,

---apparently i began that entry 17 weeks ago. i've rediscovered this journal and parts of myself that i forgot existed. for an update on how my family is doing, i've not seen my dad in four months (he's living on our sailboat to work in virginia) and they've been threatening to turn the power off for a few months.
