can't say it is a song, but it should be. It's just me writing my thoughts.

Yea i know what you mean. You feel like something is going to happen or there is something u can do that will easily fix it because there always has been something there before. But this time you realize there isnt anything u can do. And for a while it just seam surreal that there could be a mess that is impossible to get out of. Only then, after you realize that, you find a solution but its always something you wanted to avoid.
