I apologise for this, but... I have become more appreciative of The Final Countdown *because* you hate it so much. I mean, Europe's music is dreadfully stupid and always has been, but the fact that there's this song that has engendered so much ill will makes me bizarrely kind of fond of it.[/terrible person]

The legislature takes up the budget the end of this month/beginning of next. Then once it passes, SRU gets to decide how it is going to fix the shortfall.
