Who: Gabriel and Adam
What: Gabriel explains the wizarding world to Adam
When: Monday afternoon
Where: London, Diagon Alley, and eventually Hogsmeade
Status: Incomplete (anyone want to join in?!)

Gabriel walked through the streets of London, disgusted at the smells of all the muggles walking about. Here and there, he would catch the scent of wizard or witch, knowing they were about, but he could never tell who was who. He didn't really care that much either. He was just trying to clear his head.

Behind him, about fives steps, was Adam, the new recruit in the pack. He was following behind Gabriel, his head down and following obediently. Adam was a good kid, strong willed, smart, and loyal. He was taking the change very well. It would be another couple weeks until the next full moon and he knew Adam would probably struggle with it again.

Adam was having a hard time coming to terms with being a wolf. The change was never pleasant, but it was necessary. He was starting to become a valued member of the pack though. Already he had realized his strength as Gabriel bouted with him the day before. He had lifted Gabriel up over his head and tossed him a good fifteen feet. Gabriel was impressed, but what the boy didn't realize is that he had let him do that to bolster his resolve for being a wolf. No matter.

They made their way through the streets until they came to a stone wall that was indented in an alleyway. It was hidden enough that people wouldn't see what was about to happen as Gabriel pulled out his wand and tapped on a couple different bricks. They shifted and moved into a doorway as they opened up into Diagon Alley. Adam sat their, open mouthed and awe struck at what had just happened and Gabriel chuckled, "Come on kid. I need a drink and you need to see this world for yourself."

They walked for a long time, Gabriel explaining different things about the world of magic that was so cleverly hidden from the wold of the muggles. They had been walking for a long time and eventually they found their way to Hogsmeade when Adam finally piped up, "What is a muggle anyways?" Adam asked confused at the term.

"Well technically you are." Gabriel said pushing open the door to The Hog's Head. They moved to the bar, ordered a few drinks, and sat down at a table. "A muggle is a person who can't use magic. But since you're a werewolf, that makes you...well that makes you different."

"But you're a wizard?" Adam asked drinking his ale.

"Yes. I can do just as much magic as any wizard or witch you see here. Maybe even more, if you pick a specific subject." Gabriel leaned back and watched the crowd infront of him. The smell of wizards and witches was almost worse than muggles...almost.

"So...are we not liked in the wizarding world?" Adam asked looking down at his ale.

Gabriel sighed, "Not really. We aren't trusted anyways. There are a few that are 'accepted', but otherwise if I were to call out that I was a wolf here and now, we'd probably get kicked out. So don't go around promoting that you have a tail kid." Gabriel said leaning his head against the wall behind them.
