There's this guy at work who mispronounces "pedantic." He says "pendantic," as if referring to something worn around the neck. I have a similar situation...my boss says "irregardlessly" and "irregardless". But I just can't get myself to correct him. You know, being my boss and all.

One of my best friends worked for a headstrong boss who did the same thing. He added it to his Microsoft Word dictionary and then used that as proof that it really is a word.
