Woohoo!

I have basically completed my Christmas shopping for the year!!!  Well, for the people who will need their gifts rather urgently (aka by actual Christmas)...I'll have to keep saving for a few more people/gifts, but it's really encouraging to know that my family is all taken care of!!!

Other than that...I've still got lots of work to do,

This has a bit of a story to it, actually...
I used to write in a xanga, back in the day. THEN some of my friends had LJS, so I decided to get one of those too, but xanga was still my primary source for blogging or whatever, yeah? Well, I'd copy and paste my xanga entries into my livejournal every so often to keep people updated.

On xanga "{v}" makes a picture of a heart, much like "<3" on facebook will make a little heart graphic appear, yes?

Because I copy-and-pasted my entries, they always ended with that.

Now I don't use xanga anymore at all really, but the habit just stuck and I kinda dig it.

i always assumed it meant verb...but thinking about that now i'm not so sure it makes any sense.
