I totally saw someone in my hometown in the super Wal-Mart wearing one of those shirts. It was surreal; she completely had the small-town-version-generic-goth-punk-I-really-don't-know-what-I'm-aiming-for-but-I-am-PISSED look going. I remmeber looking at her and thinking you don't really need the shirt for people to know you post on Livejournal.

Are they doing the four-teachers-for-different-topics thing in PHL 100 still? If so, hopefully one of them is Norvin Richards. He has the kindly, gentle grandpa thing going for him, except a grandpa you have complicated discussions about euthanasia and utilitarianism with.

about the teachers question, i really have no idea. i just switched into the class, so i haven't even been yet. my prof's name is torin alter. and from what i already hear, he's not too awesome. but i dunno we'll just see how it goes.

and that poor poor girl in the super wal-mart. i wonder where she is now. i hope she lost that shirt..

Mine started out with Alter for Philosophy of the Mind and Body and we switched to another one in about three weeks. Oh, man, I hope you don't have him for the entire semester-- nice enough, but I'd be like "Shite! Where am I? Double shite! He was talking!" all the time.
