I really don't think you will FORGET your friends. If you try to stay up to date with them, then you all should remain close. I am still close w/ all my friends (well most). It's kinda scary really, we all came back together for a movie night and just kind of fell back into place. My sister's closest friends are the ones she was friends with in high school. She has been out of college for a year now. Livejournal, facebook, and the telephone are glorious things. Oh and the occasional stalker note in the mail. Those are fun too. ;)
