I love the show, but the music is kinda hard... I'll give it a listen, though.

I had Annie Get Your Gun on my mind the whole time I was reading this, before I saw your short list. Has some pretty music, some great Duets, and a PG song about having sex. I played one of the kids when I was in Grade School for a high school production, my older sister was Annie. I have lots of fond memories. And you're right on with "Chicks with Guns". Woot woot!

Yeah... it may work. Lots of show girl dancers, cowboys & indians, circus types. I hate to think of the cat fights over the role of Annie. And do we have a kid who can sing Frank?

"Guys and Dolls" is the kind of show that bad singers can often fake by being funny and entertaining. I say go with whatever you can for right now, and you'll think of a musical to use the current freshmen in later.

"Oliver" and let a sophomore girl play the Dodger?

I'm with Mike on Brigadoon, but you might have to censor or substitute a couple of Meg's songs. The costuming would be a bitch, though. And you might be able to get away with one or two kids doing decent accents and the rest of them just speaking normally.
