I really dont know what to do anymore. my Lower back and hip have gotten to unbelievable states. I hurt 24/7 now. I am having a hard time sleeping. If I sit up too long it hurts . Worst audition of my life.. I couldnt sing more than 10 seconds without coughing....well at least I have another audition in a couple weeks.

Cant wait till wednesday to start rehersals for my next show. It has been ages since I have directed a non musical.

well I am siting up...I am staying awake for longer periods....still coughing.... but not really coughing anything up..so I guess that is good. I can harly talk and singing is out of the quesiton. As long as I can sing on Monday  I will be good...even then not too bad because I am not really going for the musical but the non musical instead..

first time out of bed today. I have slimy stuff in every opening of my body. and I have been on my back all day long and I ache.......sounds like a great night on the town dont it.

So I have had a headeace for about 4 days now. So much to do an just not enough time to do it in. Havent really been getting any down time. Oh well just a few more weeks and the holidays are over.
