[Anybody walking by in the plaza will notice something off with the fountain. Something really off.

In a matter of seconds, a giant ice structure has randomly and suddenly formed by building upon itself and adding more ice, covering the fountain (even though it was frozen in the first place). Someone tried to use Diamond Berg, but it didn't work

Excuse him for a moment while he warps on top of the roof of one of the nearby buildings to get a better view of this little spectacle - and more specifically, of that person he'd just heard, though he's being careful to stay out of sight as much as he can. Just in case this person truly is who he suspects.]
