orelalaith spent pretty much all of saturday over at our house. A good portion of that time was spent helping me with my backyard. I suspect she has psychic powers because she had a shovel in her car ( Read more... )

you must not let Rigel know about this, he will be so hurt if you did not call him when the thing you did required dirt and shovels.....

Jay was planning on doing the shoveling all by himself, but Grace stopped by to get help with her resume and pick up her Stargate DVDs. Rigel can help Jay put up the fence :)

oh I'm just teasing about the shoveling :) but you do know Rigel and he will be like... awe man you involved a shovel and didn't tell me...hahahaha The times for sat aren't listed yet..or I'd have it all decided....our sitter is showing up around 6 so it'll be sometime after that, we were thinking dinner too if the showtime is closer to 8...you guys wanna get some dinner with us too if time allows?

I'm just sorry that Rigel missed out on all that exciting shoveling ;p

I'm totally up for dinner. Mom already said she would watch Rhi when we go to see the movie, so I'm sure she can handle feeding and putting her to bed.

Also, I saw a trailer for 28 Weeks Later, the sequel to 28 Days Later. It's coming out in May and looks really interesting.

To make absolutely sure nobody expects me to be a psychic; I always have it in there... it's really useful; when you get stuck in the snow, or mud, or need to hide a body... :)

The backyard was a mess after the cesspool was replaced. Jay had to clear away the debris, rake it out and add some topsoil, so he could seed. This weekend I'm going to go fence shopping and then we'll have a usable backyard for the kids to come over and hang out with Rhi in :)

3 cubic yards of dirt is no joke. That's a lot of dirt to move. Don't be embarrassed about your back hurting at all :)
