Most are maps of the world - in particular, he's listed ship prices and how he could travel over the ocean - but some of them are travel books and books on the wildlife in Nahlan

[Ruca walks into the guild! He looks at Genis and the books on the floor with curiosity.]

Hm? What are you doing?

[Genis can't help smiling as he tries to organize his maps and books.] I'm organizing a well-needed vacation. Though I'm kind of wondering if I can afford to leave too.

Well, I think you really need some rest... [Smiles.] And don't worry, I'm sure everything will be fine here!

...Um, have you decided who will take care of the guild while you're away?

Actually, that's kind of what I wanted to ask you.

[takes a deep breath] Ruca, would you mind leading the guild in my absence? I wouldn't let you do it by yourself - I'll ask Anise to help too - but... I think you're more than capable of handling it.

[Sad part is, Genis's RIGHT: most of Blessenwood's members are... ah... how should he put this? Derptastic.]

W-well, in that case, you can count on me. I'll try to do my best. [He smiles.] ...So don't worry about anything. Just have fun and relax on your vacation, okay?

[assuredly stands on his tip-toes to pat Ruca's shoulder] Thanks. If you ever do need anything, I'll be at Nahlan's inn all week.

[He smiles at that, then nods.] Alright.

[ooc: Okay, this is going to be interesting. Can I post a log about Ruca panicking taking care of the guild, now? Or should I wait?]

[takes his hand off and starts cleaning up the books & maps] Anise'll be around to help you out incase anything goes wrong... let's see... Arche, under any circumstances whatsoever, is prohibited from cooking. Don't let her tell you otherwise.

Also, don't worry: I wrote this all down for you.

Still. It's good to have a record on hand for everything. It's not that I don't trust you, but... I want to write it for my peace of mind. That way, I'm not sending letters so often.
