I've always wondered something... How do you decide to put just a word or two in a different line? Is it to emphasize a certain word(s), just to help with the flow, or to give pause?
And your poems... Always very good. I'm not good with dissecting poems or telling whether some parts are better than others that often... But I don't really feel anything jarring about the last part.
