It makes perfect sense to make one's LJ friends only especially because of the asshats that exist on LJ

i just noticed you are in macon! hello from atlanta (i work in stockbridge, live in midtown).

this kind of thing really gets heated. a lot of people have no grasp on logic and automatically assume that any reference to an era when racism and slavery were prevalent is indeed an expression of racism.

Yes, I've noticed...and not to sound bitchy (this certainly isn't towards you AT ALL) but some people in your community seem to have a problem with contextualizing. Not all, but there have been a few. When I've pointed that out, they've resorted to calling me a "douche", which I actually find amusing. XP

Yeah I can imagine. I'm the moderator of a community and thankfully I haven't had any major problems yet.

When I'm faced with laughing or crying, I try to laugh.

It's not stalker-like, I was wondering the same thing...

And I have no idea what happened too him. He just sort of stopped posting one day. He'd been saying for awhile he was going to but he always did again. I know he's on myspace if you want to message him there. The link to mine is on my userinfo and he's on my flist there.

Sorry I couldn't help you more. I've been a bit worried, too. :(
