The Joys of Family

Much to talk about? You better believe it. Want to make a date for dinner and drinks? Or skip the dinner part and just do drinks?

Nice to see you've managed to survive.

Survive is relative.

How have you been? I"d love to see you and the baby sometime if that's possible!

That it is. But you're still alive...

I've been okay. I'm sure we could arrange to meet up sometime and I could bring Ellie along. Maybe for coffee when you're free?

I'm not one for religion anymore since my parents raised me so Catholic, but praise God to that.

That sounds great. Babies always make me feel better (until they can fully talk, though I'm sure Elle would be an angel). Want to meet at the cafe two blocks up from Hogan sometime on Monday since we have work off for the holiday?

Your aunt was a worse influence than an overworked, stressed out, emotionally damaged ADA with a drinking problem?

I didn't meet her until I was almost 18 because my brother lost his virginity at her house to a thirty year old when he was 16.

It might be about the same.

Oh god. I'm sorry. I can't control who my niece meets outside my apartment, but she sure as hell isn't bringing guys, -especially- full grown men over.

What kind of 30 year old woman would sleep with a teenage boy? :shudders:
