Well, we made it back to Springfield mostly intact, with a whopping 13.5k miles on the RAV(it was only at 6.5k when we left for Ohio around thanksgiving). Good news mostly, after going through interviews with the agency management/nursing director, I'm elegible for rehire. Yet again, snags when it comes to travel nursing. Coming home will be problematic. Apparently, any OHA member hospital (OSU, etc) requires 2 years of RN experience to come in as a traveler. &^%#&^#&^#&#^%$^!!!.
