lion_lamb has made a good post about the VFgate issue here. Personally, I'm recommending that anyone who has a post using the VF photos f-lock/members only it to protect yourself. I also removed my VF icons from my lj userpics, though the letter never mentioned anything about that.

I can't believe they're taking this so seriously, they weren't this anal about any of the other pictures they've taken.

Their law team needs to get a life and not worry about little 100x100 pixel pictures.
