Quantum: A word from a bygone human language meaning "How much." Often used as meaning a "quantity" or "amount." Solace: Human term for "comfort" or "console"
So, it would seem that the hairless beach apes are forming a phrase roughly meaning "A measure of comfort." I have to admit that the title does sound better than what it actually means. Those "q" words always sound more mysterious.
