Oh I had fun being inventive last night. I found that matzah meal makes a fine substitute for bread crumbs...like for when you get tired of chicken/turkey and want to bread tilapia fillets. Yum. :)

I am having fun mostly. I just wanted to use that line. ;)

I use matza to bread my stuff too..its better than bread crumbs to me.
