The extended cut of Unfinished Business was one of the most hotly anticipated DVD extras. I can remember watching the extended 'night' scene with Adama and Roslin online, too many times to count, and squeeing like an idiot with other fans

I like the longer one, both because it gives us so much more gorgeous A/R, but I also think it's flows better overall. It makes the stories of all the characters make so much more sense to me.

I love the extra A/R in the longer cut, but I know that when I've gone back to watch it's been the shorter cut. The pace just feels much better to me and I like the first flashback being Lee clueless on the beach. I totally agree that the characters' stories are more complete and make more sense in the longer cut.

Shhh ... I also really don't like Bill's song ... shhhh

That's interesting, I also wonder if I prefer the aired version as that's the one that I watched with my Dad (the first episode he had ever seen, but it had boxing so he was into it, lol).
