I think curvaceous, cuddly and hot as hell would also be good ways to describe you.

Nothing at all. Pretty accurate, I would say. I wouldn't describe you as fat, though. Curvaceous, maybe. Fabulous, certainly. You, I would only use cute for in an ironic sense. >;)

Being called cute (by a teacher) when I was 17 lead to many years of trying to prove the opposite. Probably put my personal development back years.

It's a dangerous word in the wrong hands.

On the other hand, I don't tend to associate it with pink fluffy butterflies, though thinking about it, I guess I do generally associate it with girliness.

Being called cute stunts emotional growth, dammit! :)

i think its how you view the word cute...

now when i think of you and cute in the same sentence the first thing that come to mind isn't pink and girlie cute its, vampy sex kitten, playful kind of cute when you get "that look" in your eye...hot and sultry and mischievous as hell...

This would be the same as calling a guy nice then?

Me, I'd call you positively edible. :-)

It's very similar, yes! Being called "nice" would have have this massive echo of "..but.." and association of dullness attached to it.
