I'm not giving up. That isn't the point. I just keep thinking of all the people that I love who aren't immortal. All the people I love who are going to die. Considering that it's not even a real possibility, it's a fact, I just... I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with it or how I'm supposed to deal with it.

Hate to say it, but it's likely goin' to happen regardless of how long you live. It hurts, an' eventually it heals, an' since it's gonna happen regardless you can't be worryin' about it ahead of time. It gets in the way of livin' an' appreciatin' 'em while you've got 'em.
