I did a lot this weekend.....it went by way too fast. Friday night I cooked Picadillo for Elaine. It turned out better than I thought, but not exactly what I wanted. Saturday we went to City Streets, and Sunday we went to the Stock Yards.

maybe because we see eachother everyday except for mondays and the occasional wednesday....I don't know. But it's a confusing state of mind.
