What specifically pisses me off about MLK day is the fact that our government workers get a three day weekend. And the markets are closed. And my bank. WTF is with that? Shouldn't those employees be working so that they're doing something for others...namely, me? And when are they going to finally create Great White American day? I mean, granted that's every other day of the year, but seriously? Why don't we have George Bush day, which could celebrate the lives of TWO presidents. And it could fall on that one day when Bush put up that big "Mission Accomplished" banner on that ship...And WTF is with having this holiday so close to Xmas and New Year's? I think they should spread them out more...
