I finally watched that "An Inconvenient Truth" movie. I could say a whole slew of things. But I'll just say this.

They should have titled it, "Riding in Cars with Al Gore."

For me its alternate title was less brief:
"Try Your Damndest to Stay Awake While Hundreds of Things You Already Know Are Presented as Shocking"

I dunno, I found listening to him for 2 hours much easier than listening to 30 seconds of Bush.

Yeah, because we should judge people (even elect them!) based on how easy it is to listen to them talk.

The truth of that movie is definitely lost in the "Yay Al Gore-ness."

Especially when he's talking about spans of hundreds or even hundreds of thousands of years, but then every few minutes takes a potshot at the Bush Administration, which has only been in power for 7 years.

In all fairness, partisan issues with the movie set aside, do you agree with *anything* he says? Can you look past the politics for a minute? Or do you really believe it's not an issue?

Ofcourse I believe what he says. I have ever since Earth Science class in 9th grade. But it doesn't take a genius, or anyone with an objective mind for that matter, to take raw data and make it say what you want. Just ask George Bush ( ... )
