When an argument started on a forum I frequent about politics, I typed this up as my reply:

It is currently 9 below, and is going to be at least this cold tomorrow during the day; wind chills will be below -30, but nobody sells decent scarves. All I can find are crappy 18-inch long bits of fleece. Nobody wants to go skiing, for some reason. Why do people drive FASTER when the roads are slippery and visibility is almost zero? -
