You know I'm with you in group 1. Sadly most people are more concerned with themselves than doing something to end the suffering. They'll get it one day I am sure.

:0) They may pay but most won't ever really get it. 9/11 proves that.

I get so angry with people who are still whining on about unimportant things and who just don't care how many people are being slaughtered by Israel. I get madder still at those who support and excuse Israel. What kind of sickos are they?

Me too but then the average person is dumber than they look.

They are the sickest of the sick but don't seem to understand how far they have fallen.

There are far too many people who only care if it happening to themselves or those they love. I think racism also plays it's part. If Gazans were white they would get more attention from the West.

The third group deserve the contempt of every person who believes in human rights and international law.

Indeed, like the poem..

"In Germany, they came first for the Communists, And I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a Communist;
And then they came for the trade unionists, And I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a trade unionist;
And then they came for the Jews, And I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a Jew;
And then . . . they came for me . . . And by that time there was no one left to speak up."

I absolutely agree about racism. I think Marwan Bishara said that it would be different even if they were black in ref to South Africans.

Indeed.

I can't talk to people who have no opinion on this and who aren't speaking out and trying to make a difference in whatever small way they can.

I have cut a couple of people out of my life forever after finding out that they support this genocide. One was someone I recently employed so he's now jobless. He was only a temp so he can't do anything. I know how long he struggled to find work before I gave him a job but I won't put cash in the hands of a racist supporter of ethnic cleansing.

I feel the same way. I just don't understand how they can ignore it and go about their mundane daily lives.

I am proud of you and I hope that twisted fuck is forced to consider a few home truths although I doubt it will happen.

Last spring when I was in DC, I visited the Holocaust Museum. Outside was a small Palestine group with a couple of signs. Theirs was a quite, peaceful protest. Their signs asked any who supported them to stand with them for a moment. I did.

People looked at me like I was crazy. They just don't know the truth. Ask the average American about Israel--they'll tell you 'it's been there since biblical times'.

So sad....

I thank you on behalf of my children, my wife, my friends, my extended family and myself. I only wish the U.S. was filled with people like you. *hugs*
