does anybody know what will happen if i get a new state license while i still have a speeding ticket to pay?

any info would be highly helpful. i'm still gonna pay the ticket but i'm hoping that they don't figure out i have a new license and can't tag the offense onto it =D.

when i switched from NY to CA , tickets that still would have shown up as points on my license didnt show up for CA records, and my ins. was mad low, so i dunno about illinois , but when you switch to CA it starts fresh, holla at ya boyyy woot woot - peace out cub scout
