Lately I've been in a real reading kick.  My best friend Erin has been steering me toward her favorite books including the amazing Obsidian Trilogy by Mercedes Lackey and James Mallory and more recently with The Black Jewels Trilogy by Anne Bishop (READ if you haven't already).  Throughout my readings, I would go back to her to talk about them and

Lord. I need Walmart for two things and two things only: My child's diapers and my cat's food. Beyond that is madness. I wouldn't risk a trip to Walmart for anything else.

As for the Obsidian Trilogy and Black Jewels trilogy, I am so freaking glad you mentioned it! I've been wondering about reading 'em for ages! I wasn't sure, and these days, I have to choose my books well, or risk wasting time. LOL. But YEAH! I'll get those books, now. I totally will!!!!

I was actually lucky last night. I drove past Walmart around 3 that afternoon and the parking lot was PACKED. My mom and I returned at about 6:30 and the parking lot was empty. We were like, "Wtf? Is it possible that Walmart's actually not that busy?" Ha ha, yeah they weren't busy because they were closed! o_O We were shocked. But cars kept circling the parking lot, it was funny
