I am so surprised that people are not more up in arms about this!! The court's ruling pretty much means that the government could force you to sell your house so that some wealthy developer could build a damn Walmart. I guess that since the damn Bible doesn't condemn this ruling, the great unwashed aren't going to get upset.

I think the next test of this ruling is to take away church property and give it to a developer. Wonder how that would go down.

Oh wow, that'd really fire them up. I guess the Right hasn't thought that far ahead. It'll be fun to see what they say when the thought of taking church property comes to them.
