This what's happening in my life recently, makes me do not want to wake up and get up from the bed sometimes... Why? Bc I know that it'll be another day without finding a solution for my problems

we are in the same boat dear , i'm studying something i have no interest too , but if i resign not only i'll loose the scholarship , i have to pay back all the scholarship they gave to me in double

Everything seems complicated, but every problem must have a solution.
I think you don't push yourself to do something you don't like. You will not get the best results. Everything feels empty.
You can try the second option, at least you're interested in it.
And I think dietetic is more profitable, because now a lot of people who have problems with weight and the more people who want to implement a healthy lifestyle.
If we want to get success there is no other option but to try harder.

Love just happens dear.
That feeling can come to someone who we don't even want.
Sometimes we aren't able to fight that feeling. It hurts, love someone that we can't have.

oh dear thank you, your comment gave me food for thought. I know that our dreams are the most important but sometimes we have to give up them to get smth what is more needed now.

As for your choice of studies, I think you should go with option 2. It's best to study something that you'll actually enjoy, even if it is difficult. Well... you could at least apply for it, and if it doesn't turn out you can go with one of the other choices. But it's up to you, go with what your heart wants. Goodluck for whatever you choose.
