Gah! My roommate's alarm has been going off for the last half hour! It's driving me effing nuts! And his door is locked so I can't even go in there and shut the damn thing off. Mother fucker!

Ok so here is what you do.

Warn the other people in the house that the power may go on and off.

Go to the fuse box.

Flip fuses on and off till the alarm shuts off.

When said roommate comes home, tell him that the power went out.
